Start by Selecting your Dates. Any dates which are already reserved and unavailable are marked in orange, and cannot be selected.
Enter your Name, eMail and Telephone Number, and any additional information or questions in the Message field.
Click the green Send button.
You will receive an automated email, letting you know we’ve received your request. We will then be in touch shortly via eMail, usually within 24 hours.

1. Download Booking Confirmation Sheet and Policies – Click HERE.
2. Sign & eMail Booking Confirmation Sheet and eMail or fax it to (866)856-1375.
3. We will email and/or call you upon receipt of the faxed Booking Confirmation Sheet.
We will hold your reservation request for 7 days while we wait for you to arrange for payment of your 50% rental deposit.
4. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation which is fully refundable up until 90 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made by credit card through Paypal or you can mail us a check. If you select to pay by credit card, we will email you an invoice from Paypal upon receipt of your Rental Contract.
5. Confirmed Reservation. Upon receipt of your booking confirmation paperwork and your deposit, your reservation is confirmed and we will email you with a confirmation number and further information.
6. Final Payment & Arrival. Approximately six weeks before arrival, we will firm up your travel itinerary, and make arrangements for your escort to the villa for check-in. Thirty days from arrival, the remaining 50% rental, 10% tax plus damage security deposit is due.
